General Warranty Information

Any "Manufacturer's Warranty" on a product will apply when purchased through Better Office, which is generally a 1-year warranty from date of shipment from the factory (depending on manufacturer).

Manufacturer defects are any defects that were missed by the manufacturer's quality control inspections, and are covered by the "Manufacturer's Warranty." You can also contact the manufacturer directly with warranty related questions.
