General Shipping Info

It is important to remember that you must inspect all the packages at the time of delivery. If any of the boxes have any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the form that the carrier asks you to sign. This will simply ensure that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

Delivery Time

Domestic standard shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Items may be shipped by a few different carriers depending on size and weight of order such as: UPS, FEDEX, USPS, or Freight Carriers.

Small Packages

Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. These delivery companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. The decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, please leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Freight Carrier Shipping:

Delivery is curb side or loading dock only. Inside delivery is available, but must be requested when placing your order. An additional fee for inside delivery will be charged by the carrier.

Refusing Shipment

Refusing shipment for any reason other than for damaged merchandise will be treated as a return and shipping and restocking fees will apply.
