Return Policy

A customer may return an item to the manufacturer for any reason within 30 days of the customer's receipt of item.

Better Office wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple steps to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Repack the item in the original packing material and box. You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the same condition and same packaging as the merchandise was delivered. All parts and proper paperwork must also be included with returned item. Better Office cannot be responsible for returns lost in shipment, please keep a copy of your tracking number. Additional manufacturers' instructions may apply.

If you are purchasing an item that states "free shipping" be aware that our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition, the manufacturer's restocking fee will be also deducted from your refund.

The original credit card used at the time of purchase will be credited once the manufacturer receives the returned item. However, credit may not appear on your statement for one or two billing cycles.

Canceling an Order

Please call 1.866.930.3233 to cancel an order. Please bear in mind that an order cannot be canceled if the order has already been shipped or is in the shipping process. If you should receive the item following your unsuccessful attempt to cancel your order please follow the "Return Policy" instructions.

If your cancellation is e-mailed to service@betteroffice.net we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled before it is shipped. We automatically confirm receipt of all incoming e-mails; however, we cannot guarantee whether the cancellation process was successful or not.
