Return Policy
A customer may return an item to the manufacturer for any reason within 30 days of the customer's receipt of item.
Better Office wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please follow these simple steps to return your item for a refund or exchange. Call Better Office's customer service department at 866.930.3233 and request a RA (Return Authorization) number. Once an RA number has been issued customer service will contact you with that number and with instructions for returning the product. Do not return any products without contacting Better Office, unless you are refusing to take delivery. Repack the item in the original packing material and box. You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the same condition and same packaging as the merchandise was delivered. All parts and proper paperwork must also be included with returned item. Better Office cannot be responsible for returns lost in shipment, please keep a copy of your tracking number.
If a product is returned "as defective" and the manufacturer after performing an inspection of the product determines that it is not defective, the customer will be responsible for the following: 1) restocking fee, 2) return shipping charges, and 3) reboxing fee if necessary.

If you are purchasing an item that states "free shipping" be aware that our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition, the manufacturer's restocking fee will be also deducted from your refund.
The original credit card used at the time of purchase will be credited once the manufacturer receives the returned item. However, credit may not appear on your statement for one or two billing cycles.
Canceling an Order
Please call 866-930-3233 to cancel an order. Please bear in mind that an order cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped or is in the shipping process. If you should receive the item following your unsuccessful attempt to cancel your order please follow the our Return Policy instructions.
If you cancel your order via e-mail to service@betteroffice.net we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled before it is shipped.
