What is your return policy?
Better Office offers an unconditional 30 day return guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it to Better Office within 30 days for a no questions asked refund. For more information please see our return policy page.

How do I cancel an order?
Most orders can be canceled until midnight (ET) the day they are placed, but some orders, such as waitlist and mail-in payment orders, are cancelable for a longer period of time. You can call our Customer Service Staff toll free at 866-930-3233 or email us at service@betteroffice.net to cancel an order. But if it is too late to cancel an order, you can always return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. Please see our return policy for more information.
What is your free shipping policy?
Almost all of our products include one way free shipping when shipped within the continental United States. Items shipped by frieght carrier and/or to remote locations may incur additional shipping charges. You will not be surprised with any hidden charges or handling fees. What are your shipping options?
UPS package delivery is the primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 150 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option and an overnight delivery option. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping.
Freight Carrier Delivery is used for items that are oversized, weighing over 150 pounds. These items are shipped by common carrier and are curb service. A person 18 years or older must be available to meet the delivery and sign for the product(s). Our threshold delivery service is available for business and residential. The driver will place your purchases at the threshold door or in your garage. This service does not include in home delivery or set up. Some oversized products may carry additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, you will be contacted with a quote before your item ships.

What if item is damaged during shipment?
Transit damage is any damage occurring during the shipment or handling of your order. The shipper is responsible for all damage that occurs during shipment. If any of the boxes have any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the form that the carrier asks you to sign. If the damage is not noticed until the package has been accepted and the box opened, you must contact customer service within 24 hours for further instructions. The carrier may need to come retrieve the box and its contents for inspection. Keep the box and/or packaging until the claim has been completely processed, which can take up to 10 business days. The damaged merchandise must be returned within 15 business days of receipt.

Better Office takes a great deal of satisfaction in the fact that our prices are among the most competitive in the industry. Should you see an item for less, please let us know by either telephone or email. We would like to have the opportunity to match or beat the price since we pride ourselves in helping you save money on all the products we sell.

Better Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. When you place your order on BetterOffice.net you will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed. Your credit card will be charged within 1 business day of placing your order.
