International Concepts Unfinished Home Office Furniture offers a large selection of products such as computer desks, bookcases, file cabinets, chairs and computer stands. Made of solid parawood, these products come unfinished so you can paint or stain them in colors to coordinate with your home. Furnish your home with fine furnishings from International Concepts that will enhance any decor. The furniture is ready to assemble and ships via FedEx/UPS Ground.

Orders will be processed for shipment within 5 days of receipt, assuming the item(s) ordered are in inventory at the time of purchase.

Shipping information is provided by UPS or FedEx e-mail notification.

Returns: For exchanges or returns for reasons other than damages, the return is the responsibility of the customer, including freight, postage, and handling charges, which will not be reimbursed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the the product in its original packaging. If we pay the return freight, it is then charged to the customer.

All returns must be agreed upon in advance. When Better Office has been contacted, and a return has been agreed upon for any reason, a call tag is issued to UPS. UPS will thereafter make up to 3 attempts to pick up as instructed on the call tag. If, for whatever reason, UPS is unable to pick up the product on the 3rd attempt, then no credit will be issued for this transaction.

There is a 10% restocking fee for any returns of Whitewood products for any reason other than return of damaged products, as defined above.

Product damages: If a product is received damaged due to poor workmanship or poor packaging, we will replace said item at no cost, inclusive of freight, postage, and handling charges. Please report any damage to Better Office regarding corrective action.
